Comments From the Brewer:
Feel free to make this a larger batch it all depends on how much you want to spend on hops. This beer ages very well and after 2 months in a bottle it should be very drinkable. The longer you let it sit the more the hops mellow and the flavor becomes a sweeter caramel/toffee flavor.
