Comments From the Brewer:
The rice hulls are added to the mash to help prevent stuck sparges. Add flour at the end of the boil (2 minutes remaing) as this will give a permanent haze to the beer. Fermentation temperature of 62°F will result in a clove flavor profile. If you are looking for more of a banana flavor increase the temperature to 65-67°F. Also the yeast pitch rate plays a big part in the amount of the flavors created. A starter is important for this reason. Cleanliness and sanitation is a must with this batch as it is prone to being infected (low hops and alcohol content). Flavor is best as soon as it is kegged or bottled and carbonated.
